Delegates fees include: congress bag, admission to scientific sessions, coffee breaks, work lunches, welcome reception, book of abstracts and proceedings.

PAYMENT
Registrations will not be processed without payment. Full payment in Euros should be received before the corresponding deadline; otherwise, the preferential rate will not be granted. Registration payment in advance should be made using

Payment by credit card is preferred. For online registration, please log on the website. It is advisable for the registrant, prior to registering, to check with their credit card provider or bank, since many debit or credit cards have some limitations with regards to international transactions, require a previous authorization for the payment to be made, or the like.

Participants paying by bank transfer are requested to send a copy of the bank transfer to the organizing secretariat by fax or by e-mail.

Following receipt of the registration, and when payment has been successfully processed, the technical secretariat will send a confirmation notice via e-mail or written correspondence.

If you have not received such notification within two weeks after registration submission, please contact the technical secretariat immediately.

ON SITE REGISTRATION PAYMENT may be made in euros using:

CANCELLATION FEES:

CANCELLATIONS BEFORE – July 30th 2012: 50 € will be charged for administrative costs CANCELLATIONS AFTER – August 31h 2012: 75 % refund
CANCELLATIONS AFTER – September 30h 2012: 50 % refund
CANCELLATIONS AFTER – October 31h 2012: NO refund

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once full payment of the registration fee has been received in the congress bank account.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Participants are advised to make their own personal travel and health insurance arrangements. Neither the  Organizing Committee nor the Congress Organizers assume any responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property during the congress.

CHANGES
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the program as deemed necessary.

No, you can register on line freely. Only when you complete the “conference registration form” and follow the instructions given, you will apply for registration to the conference.
